  • Located in the Pelican neighborhood of Southwest Cape Coral, Villa South Palms has been tastefully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. This 3-suite home accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably.

    The Primary Suite features a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second suite offers a charming queen-size bed, while the third suite is furnished with 2 single beds. The Guest Bathroom, accessible from the pool area, also serves as a convenient changing room.

    The open-concept living area boasts vaulted ceilings and flows seamlessly to the patio (lanai) and pool area. The large lanai overlooks the pool and canal, providing an inviting and comfortable outdoor living space. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen.
