VRCC Villa Sea Star

This renovated and fully furnished Gulf access home is located in an excellent spot in SW Cape Coral. It boasts Southern exposure and sits on a 200 ft wide canal with no bridges.

The house features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The kitchen has been updated with high-end cabinets and granite counter tops. The bathrooms are beautifully finished with granite counter tops, contemporary vanities, and chrome fixtures.
The floors are tiled throughout, and there's a new water heater and A/C. You'll find modern furniture inside and outside the home, including a big lounge area on the lanai.

The outdoor space features a brand new Jacuzzi, a 40 ft lighted boat dock with a boat lift, and a spacious deck with a Tiki hut and a fantastic view. The pool cage was rebuilt with huge picture windows in 2023, and a new roof has been installed.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you need, including a laundry set, kayaks, beach cruiser-bicycles, and a SUP.

Great location

We have stayed at a lot of different properties in Cape Coral and this ranks up at the top of all the other ones we have visited. Location was excellent I would recommend this property. We will definitely book it again.

Had a blast at the Sea Star Villa

Brought the family down to Cape Coral for a little get away and definitely didn’t disappoint staying at the Sea Star Villa. Property Manager was very nice and accommodating. Property was very clean and relaxing. Kids caught some fish off the dock and did some kayaking on the canal. We took advantage of everything the property had to offer. Highly recommend this stay. Thank you!

Perfect family stay

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, spacious. The property management staff was great. Scheduled a time to come meet us shortly after check in to answer any questions we may have had. Only minor downfalls were having to rescue the deck chairs that blew into the canal after a wind gust. Thankfully we had our fishing poles to fish them out And, the ice maker was not functioning. Again, very minor things overall everything was fantastic.

Perfect, comfortable, and convenient.

The house was beautiful, pool was perfect, hot tub was customizable to our temperature, plenty of space. Very quiet and lovely neighborhood, quick trip to and from RSW. Communication with property managers was very fast. Great area. 30 mins to Fort Meyers beach and all the fun nightlife down there. Very easy commute. All amenities listed were available…kayaks, paddle board and 3 beach cruiser bikes.
