We really enjoyed ourselves!

This house was great! We loved being on the canal and even saw a dolphin one day. The pool heat worked SUPER well, as in like 90 degree water! I don't get in cold water so we were loving it, although the "refreshing" aspect isn’t there if that’s what you're looking for. The house was CLEAN- like, really clean! I tend to notice even the small stuff and really didn't with this place. Yay! A few leftover floaties for the pool in the deck box were a nice added bonus. I'm not so sure they all held air but we made them work and were happy to have them. Honestly, the only downside we can note is the beds. Even our kids mentioned how hard the beds were. My husband and I are in our 30s and woke up stiff and not rested because of them. I imagine a few mattress pads would really make a world of difference. Check in was easy, we arrived to broken sun chairs which they replaced right away, Walmart is like 1 mile away, lots of options all around. We would visit again. Thank you for having us.

Listing mentioned a hot tub, it wasn’t working and we were charged. When we reached out to the host we were told that we were complaining. Poor customer service. Also had to buy batteries for the remotes. Also reached out to VRBO and was given the run around. Then the listing was updated after the fact to remove the hot tub. The pool was very low on water… stayed just 2 nights and left on a 10 day reservation.

Renter beware

Communication almost non-existent throughout the whole stay. Upon arrival we found many things non-functional with the property. No instructions on how to use anything in the home. Pool and hot tub not working and filthy, Living room light and fan would not work, Bedroom light did not work, No Grill, Could not use the tub in the bathroom would not hold water, Screen door on Lanai was broken, There was a large and heavy board I front of the lanai door which was tripped over by my guest. The dryer did not function properly, The volume on the TV could not be adjusted, The sheets were too small and would not stay on any of the beds. Had a terrible experience the whole stay.
