Lovely Home

We just stayed at Villa Messina and really had a lovely time. The home was very clean and comfortable. A few maintenance items need to be done (nothing major), and we had to refill the basics (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, trash bags). But the location is beautiful, safe, and close to all of our favorite spots to hit in CC and FM. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Villa

Property was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again. We noticed that the owners where probably in the middle of changing out some windows. We assume they will be changing the slider from the dining area to the pool. We couldn't lock it. Was fine with it though. The area was very quiet and seemed safe. Even though it was just my husband and myself, I think with the three king size beds, it would accommodate a family or three couples comfortably. The pool temperature was perfect and the lighting at night was cozy. Great getaway.

The house is beautiful and this was our second time staying at the villa,

The house is beautiful, second time staying there but this time We were a little disappointed the house wasn’t cleaned very well. I had to contact the manger Erin and she sent someone to clean the house the next day. The lady that came to clean the next morning she also washed the bed covers bc they had stains, so yeah not happy with the cleaning this time, and specially with COVID you would think they should be a little more careful of how they have to clean. They sure do charge a lot for the cleaning fee. And also the pool was dirty. I was told they clean the pool weekly and that was a lie. We stayed for 10 day and no one ever came to clean the pool.

Family Spring Break Vacation

The property itself was perfect for our family of four. Each of our kids got their own room with a King Bed and TV. The biggest hit was the pool area and this area was used the most by us. The neighborhood was very quiet which was peaceful. There were bicycles available for use along with some extra pool toys. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking. We left behind a pizza cutter as this was the only thing that wasn’t there. Beds were very comfortable. The check in process was not what I was used to with other VRBO. Communication with the property managers was not what I would expect for what we paid to rent this property. I had to call a number listed on VRBO and a woman answered as I was concerned about check in and if we had questions once we were there. She was very responsive as the code for the house wouldn’t work and this was resolved quickly. We never heard from anyone again. Overall this is a great property for a family to stay for vacation.

Overall satisfied but updates needed.

Property is fair. The house is starting to show its age. GFI outlets is both bathrooms were not working which made us use living room to do our hair. Carpet was dirty in master. Pool wasn't filtering properly which left a film on top of water. Don't expect any extra supplies. No extra garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent. Front door code didnt work upon arrival. Hospitality was good and timely with emails. Kitchen had all the neccessary items. Garage had beach chairs, pool noodles, umbrella. A few beach towels in linen closet. That was nice. There were some games but you need to speak Swedish, we tried anyway. TV's all worked great. Beds are super sqeaky so be prepared to wake up at every turn. With a few updates this house would get a much better rating.

Great property

The house is beautiful and clean, and the pool was amazing! Plenty of dishes in the kitchen and spacious enough for our family of 5. My only negative thought is we had to run out mid week for more toilet paper! We were only given two rolls for the entire stay. If you stay here, bring toilet paper!

The house was open and clean!

I loved the house. It was very open and clean! Everything was accessible! The beds were comfy which is huge! There definitely needs to be blinds for privacy and the AC never cooled the home down! It would be miserably hot!

This village was beyond amazing, it has a lot of space, beautiful views and its located in a nice neighborhood. The property management team (Erin and Marie were incredibly professionals , they were always available and answered all questions almost instantly. We really enjoyed our stayed and will definitely be back!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed staying at the Villa Messina over the week of Thanksgiving. This was supposed to be our "Spring Break" trip that had been re-scheduled four times due to CoVid. We were not able to get our money back, but we were glad that we at least got to re-schedule. It is very difficult to get in touch with the office. However, the house was very nice. We are very particular on where we stay on our vacations. This house was clean, the pool was great, and it had three nice sized bedrooms. We also liked that there was a grill, bicycles, and a small shower and bathroom at the pool. There were a few things that needed fixed when we arrived, but Erin, the property manager, did a great job of trying to get them fixed. She was very responsive on any questions we had during and after our stay. Thank you Erin!

The villa Messina was Amazing I can’t wait till we go back again, pictures don’t even Describe the feeling that you get when you’re at this house. We spent most of our time at the pool area there is lots of space outside where you can eat breakfast relax and bbq. Erin was amazing every time we had a question she was quick to answer. The area is amazing and quiet.

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Wir sind 10 Tage vor Ort gewesen und haben es wirklich unglaublich genossen! Das Haus ist super und alles wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Es gibt unzählige Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine tolle Ausstattung in der Garage. Ob Fahrräder, aufblasbare Strandspiele oder Strandstühle, es war alles vorhanden. Die Lage war etwas außerhalb, aber da man eh ein Auto benötigt, ist dies vollkommen ok und normal. Cape Coral bietet große Nähe zu tollen Stränden. Ob Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Siesta Key oder Anna Maria Island. alles mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Also, wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort und haben es super genossen!

Fabulous vacation!

This house is great! It is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. We would definitely return to this property again!

Very nice property, really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay, really enjoyed it. But one lesson learned, a pool in Florida in late July is hot. Other than that we had a great time! Only one complaint,,,the oven does not work.

nice short stay

Booked late for a short visit - villa was satisfactory in most details but a few "little" things should have been handled prior to our arrival (example, a towel rod was broken in #2 bath and just taped with scotch tape!) Quickly repaired when reported but an item the cleaning crew should have reported. Otherwise a nice home and service of agent most satisfactory. Comfortable for 2/3 couples.
