Welcome to Blissful Bay, the entry to Paradise! You are sure to find a luxurious and modern coastal Gulf Access Resort-Style pool home at this relaxing vacation getaway. This desirably located southwest Cape Coral villa is on the Gulf Access Waterfront - perfect for watching the sunset while enjoying a sip of your cocktail.

This Magnificent vacation home has three bedrooms - with the large primary suite having direct access to the pool! The primary bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a tub to get your relaxation juices flowing! The living space includes an expansive, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a full dining room, a living room overlooking the pool with a gorgeous view to the Gulf.

During your stay, enjoy complimentary high-speed internet, flat-screen televisions with cable TV service in two bedrooms and office space for all your entertaining needs! Beach chairs, beach towels, spare linens, and bath towels for all bathrooms are available at your disposal.

All that is left for you to do is to sit back and enjoy your vacation!

***IMPORTANT NOTE ***

Guest will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.

The credit card fee is non-refundable, but all other charges are fully refundable per our cancellation policy.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Large bedrooms which is nice. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and watching jumping fish in the canal. Publix was close which was convenient. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook.

Die gesammte Abwicklung ab Buchung, über Fragenstellungen bis zur Übergabe sowie Rückgabe war einwandfrei. Es war schon zu Beginn beruhigend zu wissen, dass wir bei Jana in guten und sehr kompetenten Händen sind. Dadurch konnten wir stressfrei reisen. Die Location war absolut Top, sehr sauber, gepflegt und erfüllte alle Wünsche. Wir haben tolle und sehr erholsame Tage verbringen dürfen und werden sicherlich erneut buchen in Zukunft!
