This stunning 5-bedroom villa, located in the beautiful Pelican community offers many amenities: including heated pool, hot tub, infrared sauna, tiki hut, large dock, +150 foot captain walk. Inquire about the boat rental or bring your own.
You will enjoy fishing, kayaking, and biking with the items provided. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiF. TVs in most every room. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delectable meals to enjoy , or visit the many restaurants around Cape Coral.
Just a 13-minute drive away, the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach beckons with its pristine sands and sparkling waters, while the thrilling Sun Splash Water Park is only 16 minutes from your doorstep. If golfing is your thing you will find several-near by options. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this villa has it all, providing the perfect base for your unforgettable Florida getaway.
Plenty of space for everyone, including a family suite upstairs with 2 queens, a sofa and tv.
A total of 3 king size beds and 3 queen size beds all very comfortable . Two pack and plays and a highchair are also available.
The property includes two refrigerators, and washer and dryer. Enjoy the 2 kayaks, four bikes, fishing poles, and board games. Each king bedroom in a separate corner of the home. Enjoy plenty of outdoor seating for the family to gather around the pool or water. The quiet hours are from 11 PM until 8 AM. There are no parties or events, no smoking inside, no pets .
