House was clean. The pool heater was not on when we arrived but the manager James came out and got it running for us.

Bella sage

The house was very clean. However, the kitchen does not have many utensils and the screens were extremely damaged.

BEWARE - Misrepresented by Management

BEWARE if you are considering this property. There is some good but they misrepresented the damage to us. The screens for the pool enclosure were severely damaged. The skimmer was also completely ripped making is difficult to even clean the pool. We asked about the damage and were told, "Please be informed that this vacation home is in good condition. Actually, it is booked several times already and our guests loved their stay. Moreover, Cape Coral is back up and running." Also, the back yard had not been mowed or cleaned in weeks and was not cleaned until the day before we were scheduled to leave. We would not have paid what we paid had if the management company been honest and we known of the damage. Additionally, when we arrived after driving over 14 hours, the deadbolt on the front door had a 2nd deadbolt and no key. We contacted the management company and we had to wait for 1 1/5 hours in the hot sun in our running car for someone to come to the house to get us in. Now for the good. The interior of the house is nice and they have put some nice parts to the house. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the best we have ever slept in.

Clean and roomy

The house was very clean. The layout is great especially for a family, the master bedroom and bathroom are on one side with the other two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and they had a nice big dinning room table.
