The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. We used the hot tub every night and enjoyed the bikes and kayaks too. It was obvious great care was given to explain how everything in the house works and where everything was. We especially enjoyed the power recliners in the living room. In so many rentals you're watching TV on an uncomfortable hide-a-bed. The recliners were very comfortable and made for excellent viewing for the Super Bowl. Also enjoyed having use of the garage. It makes loading and unloading so much easier. The lanai is wonderful and we enjoyed meals and curling up with a good book there. We also took a boat tour with Captain Bruce and had a great time. Beautiful boat and we learned a lot about the area. Had a fabulous stay! Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The house was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful pool/hot tub area. Very clean and spacious. We loved the location (close to Publix and Walmart) and a short drive to Ft . Myers Beach. Would definitely want to stay here ahain!

The house is a bit older, but very well maintained. The overall layout is super, the kitchen well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We especially appreciated the large, covered outdoor area. great Villa

The villa is a little bit on the older side but it is huge and everything was clean and well equipped so we really enjoyed our stay. Especially the lanai and pool is absolutely great and the bikes and kajaks are a wonderful addition to the house. We had fun to explore the canals and the neighborhood.

Clean place . Hot tub needs to be set warmer. Fishing was not ideal on dock. Need dock lights and chairs on dock. Rug was a hazard at the front door it moves . Overall though the place is great for swimming and location to things .

The house was huge bigger than the pictures portray. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The bathrooms were huge and there were tons of closets to hang clothes or store luggage. The beds were comfortable the only downfall is if you are cold like me bring blankets there was only a sheet and a quilt but that wouldn’t detour me from booking this house again. We rented a boat and the canal was so peaceful we even saw dolphins. I’d highly recommend! It was close to town (shopping, groceries, restaurants). I can’t say enough good things about this house!

Pool steps

Everything was great, except the steps from the pool to the dock area. They are a law suit waiting to happen. They wouldn't pass any building code inspector. I'm 81 years old and I risked my life every time I used them. No rails, too narrow of a landing outside the pool door and the drop in between the steps is inconsistent.
