Living & Atmosphere

Villa No. 1 combines the timeless charm of classic Southwest Florida architecture with elegant modern comfort.

Bright living spaces, impressive high ceilings, and the open floor plan create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Many guests describe Villa No. 1 as a place where they immediately feel at home and appreciate its unique sense of peace and positive energy throughout their stay.

The spacious living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, is perfect for cooking together, relaxing, and enjoying the Florida lifestyle.

A high-quality pool table provides additional entertainment and invites family and friends to enjoy fun evenings together.

Comfortable sofas, a large Smart TV in the living room, and an additional Smart TV in the master bedroom ensure relaxing evenings. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

The villa offers four tastefully furnished bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a convenient poolside bathroom.

To preserve the exclusive character and exceptional comfort of our home, Villa No. 1 is intentionally rented to a maximum of four guests.

It is ideally suited for couples, two couples travelling together, or families with children aged 10 and older.

Please note that the villa is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Pool & Outdoor Living

The completely redesigned pool area is one of the highlights of Villa No. 1 and sets it apart from many holiday homes in Cape Coral.

Elegant marble pavers give the entire pool area an exclusive resort-like atmosphere. The generously sized heated pool features two shallow in-water seating areas where you can comfortably relax while enjoying the Florida sunshine.

The heated spa, with its gentle cascading waterfall, flows naturally into the pool, creating the perfect place to unwind.

Whether enjoying breakfast on the veranda, spending the afternoon by the pool, or sharing a glass of wine in the evening, this outdoor living space quickly becomes a favourite spot for many of our guests.

The covered veranda, complete with a Weber gas grill and a spacious outdoor dining area, is perfect for relaxing Florida evenings.

Villa No. 1 is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Southwest Cape Coral, combining peace and privacy with outstanding convenience.

The new Outback Steakhouse is only about five minutes away. Publix, Target, Lowe’s, Home Depot, cafés, restaurants, and numerous shopping options are all within easy reach.

Cape Harbour, with its marina, waterfront restaurants, bars, boutiques, and beautiful promenade, is only about ten minutes away and is the perfect place to enjoy dinner or watch the sunset.

Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island, and numerous golf courses are also easily accessible by car.

Boating, kayaking, and fishing are all nearby, while Fort Myers offers excellent shopping, museums, and vibrant nightlife.
