Welcome to "The White Egret"! Enjoy the Florida Lifestyle in this single family private home located on a fresh water canal with a solar heated pool. Large living room and Cable Flat screen TV, WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, with an ensuite bathroom, soaking tub, separate shower, Smart TV and access to the patio through the sliding glass doors. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the other side of the home and one has 2 Twin beds and the other has a queen bed with a smart TV. The pool/Guest bath has a shower/tub combination and can be accessed from the lanai. The home also offers beach chairs, cooler, 2 bicycles, gas grill, washer, dryer and everything you should need for your stay. Enjoy your vacation with your family by the pool or have dinner outside on the screened in lanai with a fresh water canal view. The home is conveniently located off of Gleason Parkway and is close to dining, shopping, golfing, beaches (Cape Coral about a 10 min drive away and other beaches 30-40 min) and many other attractions.
