The villa resides on a wide canal in a peaceful and quiet southwest Cape Coral neighborhood and is the perfect spot for those who seek a serious change in latitudes! Additional features include an electric heated pool, a very large enclosed patio and a boat serene dock. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is unrestricted and only a short and joyous ride by boat!

Also available for rent: full size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs.

Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.
