  • TOP FLORIDA's Villa Charming is situated in the pristine Rose Garden neighborhood of Cape Coral - walk to the shops and restaurants of the Westin Resort and Tarpon Point Marina! Villa Charming offers incredible privacy. This delightful villa has been extensively and tastefully updated and upgraded inside and out. Enjoy the sun-soaked-southern-exposure pool deck, striving views along the wide and peaceful waterways and the heated pool.
    Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
    Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.
