Our home is located in a great SW part of Cape Coral, just 5 min to Cape Harbour with shops, 12 min to Yacht Club area with a public local beach, and walking/fishing pier. Only 17 miles to Fort Myers Beach and 20 miles to Sanibel.
This property can be rented by people 25 years or older.
