The property was very clean and with four bedrooms perfect for our large family of kids and grandkids. The pool is great, a good location and i was very impressed with all of the auxiliary items provided like paper goods, soap, shampoo and pretty much everything one would need to feel like you were right at your own home

Great family house

We had everything we needed for a week lomg stay. The pool was very nice, love that it wasn't one of those new sculpted pools. Lots of room for swimming and pool games.

Great family vacation home

We enjoyed our time at the pool and with the ability to dock our boat. Great access to grocery stores and restaurants. Dan was always great at replying promptly when we were booking the property and had questions during our stay.

Comfortable clean well stocked family home

We had a great stay at Dan's home. The property was as described and the heated pool was great. The house is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you can need which you don't always find in a rental home. We would definitely stay at this home again, and actually looked to book some other dates that were already booked!

LOVED THIS PLACE

What a perfect Villa! Everything outside and inside this Villa creates a fantastic vacation rental. The layout for the home works well for either a small group or large group to stay here. It feels like a brand new home! The place was super clean and comfortable. The owner was very prompt with answering any questions that we had before and during our stay. The pool/lanai area was wonderful and set-up to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The location is very convenient to the supermarket & restaurants. We definitely want to rent this Villa again & will recommend it to our friends!

Great stay and wonderful house

I first want to start off by saying thank you to Dan for all of his fast replies and great communication. The house was very nice, open and just as described online. We had a group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids) and there was pleanty of room for everyone. Check in process was simple and easy with all the info Dan sent us. Neighborhood was quiet and since your at the end of a canal you don't have a lot of boat traffic if you want to sit on the dock and relax. House location was very convenient to 7-11 convenient/gas station and Publix grocery stores all really close. As far as convenience to a beach that is about a 20-30 minute drive depending on which one you go to. We rented a boat and used the dock and lifts which both were in great shape. Just keep in mind it takes about 15-20 minutes to get out to the river due to idle speed/no wake in the canals. House was clean when we got there right at 3pm. We did have some issues with dirty dishes due to the dishwasher not functioning correctly and trash under the beds but that is not a huge deal. We let Dan know about the dishwasher and he was going to have it looked at. We only had one issue which was not resolved and that was the pool. It was cloudy the entire length of our stay. Dan did have the pool company out 3 times to try and resolve the issue but they could not get the water clear. If we are back in Cape Coral we will definitely rent again in the future. This property far exceeds its description. Easy access to stores and entertainment. The warm pool was a plus. Great communication with hosts. Even though fishing was cancelled it was still a good time spending time at the property. Also, well stocked with everything you need.

Great house for our family and a surprise visit from some family friends. Pool was big fun, house was centrally located so most of our destinations were just a few minutes away. Spring break

We had a great time. The house was set up great. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, owner was available for any questions. Our family liked this house as a home base. We did alot of exploring around the area during our stay, this house was great to come back to and relax. Our kids loved the pool. The view of the canal is beautiful. If you choose to go to the beach the house has chairs and umbrellas available. Great house for a vacation
