Single Family Home with heated Pool - Gulf Access and Boat Dock!!!

  • This vacation home has been lovely remodeled and nicely furnished. The house is completely tiled except the hard wood floors in the bedrooms.
    This makes the house low in allergens. The boat dock invites you to relax and enjoy the beautiful and quiet surrounding at the water. It provides a boat lift as well and takes you out to the River and the Gulf of Mexico in 30 minutes. Please ask us for boat rental.

    From here you are very centrally located; within a 2 mile radius you will find restaurants, shopping facilities and medical care. The beaches of Sanibel & Captiva Island and Fort Myers Beach are waiting for you!
