Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family spent hours each day in the warm pool and enjoyed the beaches nearby. The host was wonderful to work with.

Fun and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable and house was very clean. Our favorite place to hang out was at the dock, it was very relaxing. Perfect location. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Great time!

My kids and I went on vacation to cape coral and chose Phil's house for our stay. I will say from checking in to checking out everything went very smoothly. My kids LOVED the pool and hot tub!! And i enjoyed myself down at the dock trying to catch a fish or two! If you're looking for a family friendly place to stay, this is your house! I will definitely book again in the future!
