Great family vacation spot

Great family vacation - the house was clean, beds were comfortable, beautiful kitchen, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Location was good - just a short drive to Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island.

Was a great place! Had a little snafu with the pool heater being shut down a day early, but overall it was in a great location for us, beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again.

Paul is a very accommodating host. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Their home is better than the pictures. We enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach.

We had a great time at this property. Quiet neighborhood- close to downtown Cape Coral. Property has everything you need for a great time. Pool was warm and sunny! Manager was easy to deal with and responsive to any questions. Would stay again.

The Best Place we have ever stayed

This place was amazing!!! We as a family have stayed all over the country and this by far was the best place. All 6 of us enjoyed the pool and what the house had to offer. Very close to everything we wanted to do and we were able to just relax. Paul was great - had a few questions and he was quick to respond. Book this place if you really want to relax.

Beautiful holiday house. My adult children and grandchildren were here for two weeks over Christmas and New Year’s. The house is great. The pool is warm. The neighborhood is quiet. We would stay here again and again.

A comfortable, well laid out, clean, well stocked house in quiet neighborhood, about 2 miles from “active area” of restaurants and clubs off cape coral parkway. Quick access to veterans bridge.Kitchen had everything we needed.

Relax Was Easy to do here.

My wife and I are normally beach people but this trip we stayed at this house every day. The pool was great to cool off and relax so we had no interest going to the beach every day. Susan and Paul were great answering our questions and we hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful relaxing place to stay

We had a wonderful stay. Easy to get around and felt like home. They had everything we need. Bought food and relaxed. Lots to do in the area. Pool was wonderful and noted would be great for kids. Had games,even playpen and stroller. We give this a 11 out of 10. Perfect place for a great price.

Best-ever Cape Coral rental!

We've been visiting Florida every winter for 20 years, and this is the nicest rental we've ever found! The reliably warm pool was a delight every day -- especially in occasionally cool January -- and the house was beautifully decorated and maintained, clean and cozy. Paul and Susan are superb hosts, so quick to reply to any query. We were really impressed, and we'll look for this property on our next trip.

Family Perfect

My husband and 11yr old son loved our stay while attending a baseball tournament. The property was well appointed and very clean. My husband and son spent hours in the pool after a long day of baseball. The property also has many tv options so you don’t have to use your personal logins, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

100 Year Birthday

My married children and their kids traveled from Iowa and Orlando to be here for my dad's 100th birthday. The entire house was comfortable, clean, user (children) friendly. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the opportunity to be in such a nice space together. The owners were very friendly and accommodating with any questions we had. We will definitely book there again.
