Hurricane Ian knocked us down for a time, but we took the opportunity to make all the improvements we had put off for someday.
We now offer beautifully restored Terrazzo floors, along with all new cabinetry, appliances and furniture. The interior of the house has been greatly improved. The lanai, pool and waterfront have been restored to their previous splendor.
We provide the most convenient location in Cape Coral, just one mile from the downtown restaurant district.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, except the garage, which is private space.
Other things to note
As part of our recent remodeling project we added an office space to the living room(see pictures) - we provide a small desk, office chair, large high resolution monitors, a wireless keyboard/mouse, a printer/scanner and numerous cables that will bring your laptop to life. Of course, our beautiful winter weather may tempt you to move the operation poolside, which is fine with us.
Please note that the boat lift on the waterfront is leased to a third party boater, who you may see coming or going from the dock.
The parking spot on the apron to the right side of the driveway, nearest the street, is reserved for the boater. There is plenty of space for you to park several cars on the left side of the driveway. Please pull forward to allow access from the street to the right side.
The boater's lease agreement requires him to enter and exit the dock area along the south side of the residence on a path that is not normally used. He is a friendly guy named Dean, should you see him coming or going at the dock. He accesses his boat at the dock once or twice a month, only during daylight hours.
The entire dock area is yours to use. For their safety, please do not allow children to play on the boat or the lift holding it.
Please be aware that the pool is usually serviced on Fridays between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. The technician enters unannounced through the side gate and the pool area screen door. Please do not shoo him away. Regular servicing is essential to offer you clear blue pool. Servicing usually only takes ten to twenty minutes.
The Lawn and trees are serviced weekly, but the day is not fixed. The service provider understands that his tools can be noisy for a short time and will do his best to not disturb you. Please understand, however, that regular exterior maintenance is necessary to keep the home up to the standards you expect and may occur briefly during your stay.
