Quiet respite from the cold

The lot size was quite large and provided a lot of privacy. Enjoyed watching the activity on the canal. Neighborhood was friendly, quiet, and very walkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful stay. Accommodations and location were wonderful. We have been to Cape Coral several times and this was by far our best trip. We tried two new places Rumrunners and the Lobster lady. The kids fished from the dock at night and we loved the pool! Honestly hope to be back!

I am a bit of a neat freak and this place met my cleanliness expectations! It was plenty of room for two families of 4 to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Peaceful and pristine

We had an amazing family trip to Cape Paradise. The house and property were great. Fishing from the dock, relaxing by the pool, kayaking in the canal. House has everything you need to cook a wonderful meal, and the proximity to grocery stores and fish markets is just an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay again. Super comfortable home in nice area

Spent almost two months at this property and it was very nice. The house is in a quiet area but still close enough (drive) to the two popular marinas. The home is nice and has all the kitchen and other equipment you need. We did have a few issues with the bed, fridge, and pool heater, but the host took care of those right away. Would stay again.

Our vacation home away from home

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our large family, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool was wonderful. The yard is so large and right up against the canal. My son fished from the dock every day. We had some problems with the AC, the owner was easily contacted and had someone there to fix it the very next morning. Kudos!! We will definitely stay here when we find ourselves back in the Cape!

Cape Coral Vacation

We had an excellent time on vacation! This house is absolutely perfect for our little family. There is tons of room and the property manager is very prompt to answer any questions you have! The pool is nice, and was great for our kids. Being able to walk out back and fish was a huge plus for us as my husband and his father spent a lot of time out there. Highly recommend for any family that just needs to get away. There is a little drive to any beach, but it was worth it.
