Primary bedroom has an Ensuite bath, dual vanities, walk in shower and large walk in closet as well as sliding glass doors that open to the pool area. Outdoor TV so you never miss a game while the kids splash in the pool. Family meals are a breeze with a large table indoors in the open concept living room. Fun coffee bar and the kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar that looks out to the pool. 2 outdoor tables and lounge chairs for sunning on the lanai. This home sits on a fresh water canal where guests can enjoy their morning coffee, or sip cocktails on the dock, throw in a rod and reel for your catch of the day. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please empty leftover food containers. Leftover food will be donated. Load and run dishwasher, the cleaners will put the dishes away.
Please wash and dry the towels, the cleaners will fold them
Please empty the trash and recycle. If you departure falls on the day of trash pickup, please bring the bins to the road.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Empty stored food containers, left over food will be donated. Load and run the dishwasher, the cleaners will unload the dishwasher.
