Beautifully remodeled home

Gorgeous interior with contemporary European decor. The dock area on the canal needs work, however, and we were disappointed that we were not able to launch our kayaks from it. Location is convenient to shopping and dining. It’s a bit of a drive to the beaches. Check-in went seamlessly.

Family weekend getaway

The property was clean, and remodeled very nice. Everything was perfect and we had an amazing time. We took our boat and were able to leave it in the dock and lift. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Nice stay!

House was pretty and great layout. Pool was smaller than anticipated. Would be nice to have equipment at the house for things to do, i.e. kayaks, bikes. Some of the essentials were short and had to go on a quick run to get. Otherwise, I was great family time and quiet and relaxing.

Birthday Celebration

The property was very nice, great location and the kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock. Unfortunately The Propane tank was empty on the grill and we were unable to use the grill. I called the office yesterday at 4pm to Inform them and they said someone would call me and no one ever did. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Fabulous Home, Quiet Neighborhood

We primarily rented this hone to have some family bonding and relaxation. We were able to do that quite comfortably and stay right in place for our entire visit. The inside of the home was beautiful. The only one concern we had was the pool had some kind of algae the first day we arrived. Being a pool owner we knew it was definitely caused by the high temps. Tony, the property manager, came right over to remedy the situation and was very kind and pleasant. Would definitely go back to this property. My family was very happy with the overall cleanliness, style and decor of the home. Jessica in the rental office was very accommodating and helpful as well.

Spring Break with adult children

Communication with the rental company and check in was good. Let Diane know at check in that we were disappointed that it was listed as no pets, but dog hair was very abundant. Even texted her pictures of a big pile of dog hair by the steps, my socks that had hair all over them and we had to wash one of the bedspreads from the master that had dog hair all over it.

Family Vacation

The property was incredibly clean and well stocked for our stay. The home is completely remodeled and redecorated with comfortable furniture throughout. The pool was somewhat smaller than we had anticipated, but turned out perfect for our family of 6. The lanai even had a doggie door for our pup who enjoyed the backyard. We rented a boat for 2 of the days we were there and the dock was perfect. Close access to the gulf. The property management team was very helpful and easy to work with. The master shower was amazing and the kitchen was great for cooking our meals. Gas grill was clean and nice to have as well. Newer washer/dryer was perfect and cleaning supplies were helpful. Just one item that I would recommend for those traveling with children. The dishes are all glass/ceramic (very nice), but some pool/child-friendly plastic ware would have been helpful. Overall, the house was clean, comfortable, exceptional bedding, and perfect for our family getaway.

Lovely home and great location, house was very clean on arrival. Only a down sides where the pool wasn’t very clean and there wasn’t much room in the bedrooms but overall it was it was nice.
