Welcome to the brand new, absolutely stunning, Villa Lake House, Located on the large Honeymoon Lake! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home is fully furnished & equipped. Stunning high ceilings, huge 72" fireplace, office, laundry room all Samsung stainless-steel appliances, & much more. In the huge screened-in pool area you'll find a private electric heated pool and spa, BBQ propane grill, several loungers, large table + chairs. The heated pool features two fountains and a shallow "beach area".

This home is absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet neighborhood and getaway for 2. On the last night, we did see a large cockroach greet us in the kitchen, but it was no big deal because the overall experience was fantastic.

Amazing Stay

This was our groups second time at this property. The privacy and views sunrise to sunset are wonderful. The house is spacious and well appointed. Pool and spa were clean and warm. One of best VRBO rentals.

Amazing house

House was clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the lake view. The quiet neighborhood helped create and very relaxing stay. The umbrella, chairs, and cooler came in handy when we went to the beach. Properly manager was very prompt in responding to our question.

About our stay

Everything was wonderful except that the hot tub didn't work. You couldn't have the jets and heat on at the same time. Was hoping they would send someone out to look at it but that didn't happen. Again, other than that everything was great.

Stunning Lake House

This house was beautiful and you felt that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything was clean and nicely decorated! We lived by the pool most of our stay. You could literally get to any shopping, food, etc within 10 minutes. We actually looked at homes on our visit as we will be moving in the next year or so and this house is definitely something we could see ourselves in!

Beautiful Home in a super location

Heated tub, easy to heat hot tub, tall pool age, 12ft ceilings, 75"+ TV in everywhere - or so it seems. Roku enabled, easy to set up your favorite apps and channels. Close proximity to great golf and even better food. The home was brand spanking new in a safe neighborhood. The view both in the AM and PM from the deck was awesome: sun rising and sun setting.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed at this new house for 5 nights and have zero complaints. It was perfect the moment we stepped in. It’s beautiful and super clean. My only suggestion would be is to provide a Keureg coffee machine and add some outdoor seating, like couches or a sectional. Thanks again.

Beautiful new house

Everything was perfect. Easy check-in/check-out. Everything looks bigger in person too, which is rare. Pool and spa very easy to heat with awesome night lights that change color and fountains. Every bedroom was super comfortable, beautiful kitchen (didn’t use it tho; lots of great restaurants nearby). Thanks for having us!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great week to kick off the New Year! The pool and hot tub were great. The house was perfect for our needs. It is a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood, spending time with our kids in the heated pool (once we figure out how to work it correctly - Kevin was a great help!), walking around shops, going to our local favorite restaurants, and going horseback riding at Tex Brothers Ranch (can't recommend this family and their farm enough!). We did need a few extra items for the kitchen, but I think it is well stocked for the normal needs. We were making brownies and meals due to the holidays.

Great brand new construction home on a beautiful lake. Extremely relaxing and quiet location. The house was brand new and spotless which we greatly appreciate bc I’m Chronically ill. We didn’t have to clean anything and most locations we have rented in the past we have had to clean after the cleaning crew but not at this property. Great heated pool, hot tub and beautiful patio to grill nightly and grab seafood and steaks from the Lobster Lady.the sunsets are gorgeous with a western facing view. Kevin the PM is excellent!!!! We didn’t have any issues with the property but when we had a couple questions he responded immediately and was extremely kind which isn’t always the case. Definitely a great rental and was perfect to relax for a couple weeks during the holidays.

Great house, amazing location

The house was spacious and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, which was exactly what we needed after our days at Disney. The lanai was large and allowed us to still remain outdoors despite some thunder storms that rolled in and we appreciated the grill there for use. and yes, there are alligators in that pond. It's proximately to shops, restaurants, beaches and entertainment were close, but no so close that you couldn't enjoy your privacy and relax. Just a short drive away.The house, property, pool, neighborhood were all great but there were a few slight negatives to the stay. First, the mattress in the master bedroom was one of the worst I've ever attempted to sleep on.. A complete marshmallow that offered no support at all. Second was/is the looming charges for the electricity usage. I've stayed in dozens of rental properties but this is the first that charged extra for usage.. I found myself chasing my children around worrying about lights being left on.. Just add it into the price of the daily rate.. It would make the stay more enjoyable. Lastly, the lights over the lanai are like the blazing sun when turned on at night. A dimmer on that switch would make being outdoors at night without having to wear sunglasses achievable (slightly exaggerating but they were still far too bright). Despite these, I would absolutely consider renting this property again.

Beautiful home

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week. It’s in a quiet neighborhood where we got some much needed relaxation by the pool. Shopping and restaurants are between 15-30 minute drive depending on where you want to go. The home has everything you need as far as toiletries, towels, dishes, etc. Would definitely recommend this home if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation.
