    This unique modern open-concept home offers seamless indoor-outdoor living. Designed for relaxation and entertainment, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom retreat is perfect for families, friend groups, or a luxury weekend escape. Step inside to soaring ceilings and abundant natural light, a large kitchen island and dining table, with all 4 bedrooms off of the open living space. A game room includes bunks for extra sleep space, a pool table, ping pong table, mini Foosball table, and tv. Large accordion doors open up from the living room, into the lanai covered pool and deck area, where you can enjoy the pool and hot tub while overlooking the canal. A grill is available for grilling lovers! And then relax at night around the gas fire table. Just minutes from popular restaurants and shopping, this house will not disappoint!
