Luxury Home with Waterfront View

NEW beautiful VACATION RENTAL, completely furnished. Hurricane Ian did not impact the interior structure of the property. No water damage. This home is located on a gulf access canal, has a boat deck, 20,000 lbs dock and lift, two kayaks along with life jackets for you to enjoy the beautiful Florida lifestyle and weather. Watch the sunset and night sky on the beautiful, well kept patio with infinity pool. The home is a three bedroom, two full bath home and 1/2 bath in the pool area with out door bath and shower. Master has a king size bed, walk in closets and a view of the pool and canal. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has another king size bed. All with built in closets for storage. The home has a laundry area with washer dryer. You will find a home office as you enter the home for those that work at home. This home comes with a full furnished chef Kitchen with gas stove and built in oven and microwave if you like to cook, and the home is also close to fine dinning. The lanai and pool is ready for use, the pool is heated and the gas grill awaits you. This is a perfect short term/vacation rental.

Lovely canal front home

We stayed in this lovely canal front home from mid-January through April. Check in process was smooth and when we arrived the house was spotless. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a small gas grill outside where we did most of our cooking. We loved the screened in lanai and mostly sat outside to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The pool was clean, heated, and refreshing. There is a TV outside which was nice while cooking or watching a movie in the evening. The king size master bed was very comfortable! When we had questions or minor issues that came up during our stay - the owner was quick to respond and very pleasant and easy to work with. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.
