Nestled in the prestigious Yacht Club area of Cape Coral, Congo Breeze is a luxury waterfront retreat designed for relaxation, entertainment, and adventure. With high-end amenities, expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, and direct access to the Caloosahatchee River, this home offers an unparalleled coastal experience.

Stepping inside, the open-concept living area is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a full bar, billiards table, and a 75-inch Smart TV with premium sound. High tray ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors create a seamless transition to the outdoor lanai, where a surround sound system enhances the resort-like atmosphere. The home has hard flooring throughout (no carpet) and pets are not allowed, so it is allergy friendly.

The well-equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting top-of-the-line appliances, ample storage, and a pass-through window to the outdoor bar. Enjoy the waffle-maker, panini press, griddle, blender, margarita machine, and Nepresso machine.

There are two large master suites (king size beds) each with an attached bathroom which makes this home perfect for two families! The master suite has a dedicated workspace with an external monitor ensures productivity for those needing to stay connected.

There are three additional bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a queen, and one with two twin XL (longer so it fits adults) bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own wall mounted smart television except for the bunk bed bedroom. In addition, there are two comfortable air mattresses you can use if desired.

High speed internet and over 100 television channels (including cable) are provided for your enjoyment. We have multiple routers throughout the home to ensure great coverage in both the home and outdoor living areas. The WIFI signal is strong and can be accessed in the pool area and down at the canal frontage.

The laundry room has two washing machines and a dryer for your use. We have an additional dryer in the garage, along with drying racks for your convenience.

Outside, the private lanai is a true oasis, featuring a large heated saltwater pool with a sun shelf, an in-pool table with seating (waterproof card games are provided), a spa, and a heated outdoor shower. The waterfront area includes a tiki hut, boat lift, kayak launch (two-person kayak provided), and ample deck space for soaking up the Florida sun. Plenty of pool towels are provided. Manatees, stingrays, and dolphins have been spotted in the canal, adding to the charm of this spectacular setting.

What an amazing location for boating! We are in the Yacht Club area and are only five minutes from the Caloosahatchee River which is your portal to amazing times at Sanibel Island, Estero Island, Captiva Island, or many other beautiful destinations! There is a 10,000 pound capacity boat life available for your use. Ask us about our rental boat! We have a 2016 24 foot NauticStar deck boat for rent through a local boat rental company. You can save $25 per night on the house for each day you rent the boat! The lift is set up for this boat. One advantage to renting this boat is the GPS leaves bread crumbs from past trips. That makes it easier to get to the local destinations if you are not familiar with the area.

We want you to come to our home to relax - your paradise awaits! No need to spend additional money or take up luggage space on supplies and paper products! We provide you with pretty much everything you need during your vacation – toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, tissues, and even some spices. We also provide coffee/filters/creamer. We provide four hair dryers (one for each bathroom) and we also have a scale for your use. We don't charge electricity fees or fees for heating the pool either! We want you to be able to travel lightly and not worry about extra fees!

We offer a ChargePoint EV charger for you to use at no extra charge. It can be used to charge any electric vehicle but may require an adaptor for certain vehicles. We provide an adaptor for Tesla.

We provide five adult bikes you can use to explore the area! The local roads have a bike lane which makes biking easy and safe. The Yacht club is 1.9 miles away and makes a great biking destination.

Feel free to use the grill. You may have to refill the propane tank if it's empty. Please clean the grill after each use.

There should be a full Welcome Brochure in a binder in the home and one will also be emailed two weeks prior to your stay.
