The bedrooms are divided into 1 master and 1 junior suite, as well as 2 further bedrooms. Both suites have their own bathrooms and a walk-in closet. The third bathroom is also accessible from the terrace. The spacious, typical American kitchen, 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators and a separate wine fridge leave nothing to be desired. A boat can be rented from a local boat rental for a fee. You do not need a boat license to rent a boat, a car license is legally sufficient. Some boat experience is of course an advantage, but you are also welcome to show you the numerous boat rentals. All cameras are outdoor-facing, record video, and may pick up audio. They exist for one reason only — to keep you and the property safe. You can rest easy knowing that there are no cameras, microphones, or recording devices of any kind inside the home. Your indoor privacy is completely protected.
