Intervillas Florida - Villa Malibu

The recently renovated and refurnished Villa Malibu is situated on a peaceful freshwater canal in a quiet neighbourhood in the northeast of Cape Coral. Restaurants, cafés and shops at Del Prado Blvd and Pine Island Road are within a short distance.

Enjoy the sunrise while having breakfast on the patio, relax in the heated pool with whirlpool, try your luck at angling in the canal and end the day with a BBQ in the palmfenced garden.

Four bedrooms (two with king size bed, one with queen size bed, one with single bed) can sleep up to six people comfortably. One bathroom consists of a double vanity, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet, the second bathroom of a double vanity, a bathtub with shower and a toilet.

Relax on the L-shaped sofa in the open-plan living/dining area which can accommodate six people, or cook up a storm in the fully equipped , modern kitchen where four people can also have breakfast at the breakfast bar.

Villa Malibu is fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans in the living and bedrooms as well as on the covered Lanai.

Wonderful Stay!!

The property is extremely clean and all amenities were provided!! We especially enjoyed the pool and deck area. That's where we spent most of our time. The kitchen provided everything we needed. If we decide to visit Cape Coral again, I would definitely be interested in renting this property!!!

Villa Malibu was Great

House was exactly as pictured! Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The living room could use more light (dim for reading) and more seating. But, most our visit was spent outside! My husband really enjoyed the cabal dock—fishing and feeding ducks, turtles, etc! Petra, house manager, was very friendly! Check-in and out went very smoothly!!

Wonderful Getaway

My husband and I escaped the cold and stayed at the property during March 2022. The unit looks just like the photos, nicely updated and clean. We had a couple very minor issues and Petra and her husband responded immediately. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing by the quiet canal. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!
