Each apartment has its own, private terrace and its own sun area, which gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area, with heated whirlpool and integrated sunbeds, is screened to keep out annoying insects and animals. A large barbecue invites to barbeque evenings ...

By bike you are in a few minutes on Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the sun of Florida, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and small meals are available at the nearby pier, which also invites to take a stroll.

A comfortable sofa, which can be quickly transformed into a comfortable, generous double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can relax and enjoy a book or follow the latest news on television. Even the bedroom is spacious - in the spacious closet you have plenty of space, clothes to bring and newly purchased treasures to stow. The queen-size bed promises a relaxed night's sleep ... The bedroom has a large enough bathroom, with a bath. Of course you do not have to bring bed linen or towels. In addition to shower towels and beach towels are available. Wonderful stay

This is our second time staying. It’s very convenient to our needs. Bed is comfortable, kitchen is pretty well equipped. Hot tub and pool are perfect, and appreciate having access to laundry.

Enjoyable long weekend

The property is clean and as pictured on the site. Close to everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked almost every night we were here. Bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

Winter getaway

We had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool/hot tub area exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The location was perfect - within walking distance of a small beach, grocery store, gym and everything else we might need. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to the area.

Perfect location

My son and I visited a Cape Coral to check out the beaches in the area and pick up a MN Twins Spring Trainjng game. I chose this quaint little apartment and pool and hot tub because it was in a great location and it's affordable price located in a quiet neighborhood. Judi, our Property Manager, W Was very helpful and polite and friendly during the whole course of our stay. This was a top notch building and top notch management all the way through. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and how quiet the neighborhood was. I recommend this for anyone visiting the Cape Coral area.
