House Adrienne is a very nice 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms with granite counters, big fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless steal appliances, livingroom and family room and a pool. Heated pool. The pool area offers both covered areas to relax in the shade and exposed areas to soak in the sun.
The house is located on a wide canal in the SW part of Cape Coral, close to the Rum Runner restaurants and bars and also close to a big grocery store.
It comes fully equipped and it is very nice decorated. The master bath offers a big shower and a nice and big corner tub. It also offers a boat dock.
The yard is fenced in.
Come and enjoy a nice and relaxing vacation.

Please note, the external ice maker on the refrigerator is non functional. There are ice trays inside the freezer and we can provide bags of ice if a larger quantity is needed.

The boat dock can be used by guests, however the boat lift is not available for use.

House was as listed. Only down fall was the refrigerator. It is as filthy. Had to take apart and clean to get smell out. Other than that property was awesome. Had a maintenance issue some was sent out within hour. Kevin was very easy to reach

Great sized home in a great neighborhood. The only thing that would have made it better is in the cleaning prior to arriving and the extra charge for electricity. Being in a 4-bedroom house alone and turning off the pool heater, I still incurred an extra charge for electricity when I wasn't there during the day. If you stay here be prepared for extra charges.

Great house and location, but extra charge for heating pool

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The accommodations were roomy, there were plenty of amenities, the kitchen set up was great (with a very small gas grill available on the patio), there were bikes, plenty of towels, a dock on the channel, and plenty of room for our group of 5. There was a small issue with a missing power cord for the cable box in the master bedroom, but the manager remedied that in less than a day. We were aware that they allowed only $5 per day of electricity use, but didn't know that heating the pool was going to be a problem (we have never operated an in ground pool). The manager only wanted the pool heater on during the daytime in order to save money on electricity. The air temperature was 55°f over the nights and 75°f during the days, so heating the pool to 75° or 80° took many hours, making use of the pool not possible until the evenings...and there was still an extra $40 charge for electricity after 5 days. With the cost of this unit it was annoying to be nickelled-and-dimed on top of it. Aside from the very small issues, we had an amazing, relaxing stay in a beautiful house in a quiet nieghbood.

Very nice, roomy home in a nice neighborhood. Close to many restaurants and stores. Would work well for a larger family. Would rent it again.
