Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well appointed, this property has everything you and your family will need to enjoy beautiful South West Florida. It is with great pleasure, we welcome you to our beautiful home in the sunshine state.
    With a perfect location on the water, combined with Sun all day, all year, at your heated swimming pool. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood with bike paths in one of the most desirable areas of Cape Coral. Life doesn’t get any better!
    This home offers open concept, modern living, that anyone will enjoy. It has a Large kitchen, beautiful Granite throughout, with large kitchen island. We have a large screened lanai and open back yard.
    This 1830 square foot home includes three bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath, dining room and a large kitchen with an island, large master bedroom with doors out to the lanai and electric heated pool. The master bath has a separate shower and a walk in closet. Rate is for 6 guests. There are granite counter tops throughout the home.
    Bring your boat ! For the boaters, there is a dock where you can tie up your boat, a local boat launch is less than a 1/2 mile away. Direct access, no bridges, 10 minutes to open water! Great fishing, and water access to Ft Myers and Sanibel beaches. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva and beyond!!!

Overall, the house was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well equipped. However, during our stay the pool area was usually in the shade, making it hard to tan and enjoy the outside.

Our host was very nice and very accessible when we had questions. The home is beautiful, well maintained and close to restaurants, shopping and other amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a local park where if you’re lucky you just may spot a Manatee. It was well worth it.

Coming into the community I wasn’t sure what to expect but once entering the home we were all pleasantly surprised and impressed with the home. Teenagers went straight for the pool! Clean and well stocked with everything you need. Property management was very accommodating, he let us stay a bit longer on check out day. We thought that was very nice. Overall very pleasant.

Relaxing Retreat

The home sits in a quiet neighborhood close to main streets for shopping and dining. There is a small park/boat ramp within walking distance for an evening stroll. The house itself has all of the amenities, is clean, and very open. It was a bit chilly while we were there so we didn’t use the pool, but the space is comfy with plenty of seating and overlooks the lovely canal. The property was a perfect relaxing retreat.

Amazing!

My family absolutely loved this vacation home. I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this one had to be the best. Incredibly clean, had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, the pool was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the open floor plan which made it feel very spacious. We appreciated all the little details that made the house feel like home for the week. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Place

The overall process was great, awesome communication. The house is beautiful and has everything that you might need. It was very very convenient. From fishing rods to fish in the canal to washing detergent. It was very clean and very well prepared. It seems recently renovated and the design is awesome. The house sits in a great location, has a heated pool and a canal, there isn't anything eles we would need, it had it all.

Ball trip

Had a great stay. The house was as listed. Really liked the open layout. Enjoyed the pool when not playing ball during the day and relaxing in the lanai in the evenings. Only gave 4 stars for listing accuracy because it lists all three bathrooms as having a tub or shower. The one bathroom was only a toilet and sink. Don got us checked in and was available to answer our questions. The closest thing to an "issue" was the front lock said the battery was low and Don was there first thing the next morning to change out the battery. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great vacation home!

The house was very clean, beds were comfy, checking in and out was a breeze and Don is very responsive. The AC worked well and we didn't even touch the thermostat. The pool temperature was perfect and set at 86 degrees when we got there (and you can adjust the temperature yourself). The kitchen was very well equipped and things like cooking spray, salt, pepper, seasonings, condiments were all a nice bonus. Plus laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher pods, plenty of paper towels and TP were much appreciated as not every rental is so accommodating and just gives you a limited amount to get you started. Not a deal breaker at all, but there are no pool lights for night swimming, just the outdoor light to the lanai. Very private; we loved the fences on both sides of the house/pool. Fishing poles, some pool floats/toys were also appreciated. Overall we had a wonderful week long stay and you cannot beat the price!
