Summer Solstice House is a peaceful family friendly home that is minutes from popular beaches like Cape Coral Beach, Ft Meyers Beach, Sanibel Island and more. Please do not adjust the pool settings. The pump and heater are on a schedule to turn on and off automatically. Please keep noise levels down.
Leave the sand at the beach! Rinse or brush sand off beach items on the lawn. Please do a general pick up of the property. cans/bottles, food items.
Load and run the dishwasher. Wash and dry used towels. Leave used linens unmade on the beds. The housekeepers will wash them.

Great House, Nice Neighborhood

Wonderful 3 bedroom home with large great room, open kitchen and large heated pool protected from mosquitoes and no seeums. Excellent location, close to shopping and restaurants. Your property manager, John is very responsive to any issues or questions. Fit Cape Coral, this is the place.

Exactly what we needed.

Our stay at this house was wonderful. After a 5 hour flight turned into 14 hours stuck in airports, it was so wonderful to come to a home instead of a hotel. Everything was exactly as the pictures showed. It was perfect. I really can't enough about how great it was to stay in this home.
