About this property

Family-Home with pool in the heart of Cape Coral

  • Family-Home three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room in SE Cape Coral close to Del Padro Blvd. This nice warm home has TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms, an air conditioner, washer, dryer, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and microwave. The Kitchen is fully equipped. We also provide bath towels and linen. The swimming pool is heated by solar panels, protects lots of lounging space, large BBQ Grill all surrounded by a lanai, protects the deck area. Villa Franca is close to many fine dining choices and shopping. Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Beach, and Cape Coral Beach are nearby.
