My family stayed at this home while we waited to move into our new place. It was a beautiful florida home. It had many different areas for my family to have space.The host was very good about communicating with me and was very friendly and helpful. We extended our stay twice. There was plenty of storage and a very nice yard. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly with neighbors walking their dogs There is a bus stop at the end of the block. It’s close to many stores. There were cute owls in the yard to watch. I would recommend staying here. It’s a lovely clean home and the host was very friendly and accommodating.

Our stay in Cape Coral Cozy Retreat was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and welcoming and the lanai was a great place to relax during our stay. The yard was wonderful for our dog and the neighbors were warm and friendly. Close to many great beaches and restaurants. We would absolutely stay again!

I had a very nice 2 week stay here. Only minor complaint was, unlike most house rentals I have stayed, the lack of supplies (zero trash bags) and cleaning materials were pretty much scarce so bring your own, might not be the best place for you if you're looking for long term accommodations.

If you are looking for something close to everything this is the place. It’s listed as a 3/2 but it’s a 2/2 made our accommodations a little difficult but we made due. Everything was so clean and fully stocked. Loved all the pots pans and utensils. Wish there were more trash bags for our stay and we didn’t have enough towels.
