- Enjoy your vacation in sunny Florida right on the beautiful lake in the beautiful south-west of Cape Coral. The house is equipped for 10 people, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge living-dining-kitchen area. It has a tropical garden with a private pool that can be heated with electrical heaters. The house is located in a very expensive and well-kept residential area, the Cape Harbor Marina area with some restaurants 2 miles away.
Rent a boat nearby at Cape Harbour and enjoy the wonderful canals and the beautiful islands of Florida. The beaches of Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel are only 20 -45 minutes away by car. Centrally located between Fort Myers and miles of island beaches, we're a 5-minute drive to lots of great food & drinks. 4 bedrooms offer a King, King, Queen, and 4 Twin beds, plus 2 large bathrooms; sleeps 10. Totally renovated in 2021 and never before listed on VRBO - come live the dream!
