  • Views, views and more views from this freshwater pool home! Intersecting canal provides long-range water views from the primary bedroom, dining, kitchen and guest bedroom. Triple lot with 126 feet of frontage makes this a very private retreat, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and healthcare. Open and airy with vaulted ceilings in the primary, living, and family room. Access the screened lanai and heated pool through pocket, sliding glass doors from the primary bedroom, dining, family and guest bedroom. Makes for great indoor/outdoor living and the oversized lanai provides additional living space to enjoy the amazing views. Enjoy the 65 inch poolside tv and shuffleboard gaming table. Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath, and 2 walk-in closets. The two guest bedrooms have walk-in closets and share a bath which serves as the pool bath. The kitchen has granite counters, appliances, breakfast bar and a pass-through window to the lanai. Enjoy fishing from our dock or taking out one of 2 kayaks or one of 4 paddleboards to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Coastal inspired colors and décor throughout the home. New ice cold AC system installed in July 2024. As of March 2024, we have installed a new beach themed rubberized pool deck surface from FLOCO Decking Systems.
