New Remodel on October 2023!! Brand New outdoor kitchen! 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bath, Tiki Hut overlooking the river! Heated saltwater pool! Southern Exposure! 2400 square foot home one level! All new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms totally remodeled with granite counter tops. All new tile flooring throughout the home. This home is one house from the river. Private heated salt water pool with southern exposure. Very quite neighborhood that's great for walking and biking. The home has a very large pool deck for sunbathing or just watching the boats go by.

Only 20 min to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island! This home is near everything!

Home is equipped with some exercise equipment as well as a ping pong table, basketball hoop, 2 Kayaks, fishing rods, bicycles, beach chairs and scooters for the kids!

If you want to just find a place to relax and chill with family and friends, this property couldn’t be better equipped. Gorgeous peaceful channel/river views and breeze, pristine pool, amazing outdoor kitchen and great room set up.

Property location on the water was great. Great pool and games out back. Inside was great and clean. Only issue was at check in, we didn't get the code until 2 hours after our scheduled check in and couldn't get in touch with the property owners. Small glitch but over great place.

Fantastic stay

What a great property! The pool with ping-pong table on the side was the perfect combo. There were lots of extra tubes and pool toys to enjoy. The tiki hut on the water was the best place to enjoy a nice meal or relax. Michael was a wonderful host and we kept good communication throughout the trip. He recommended some great places to eat and immediately responded to any questions we had. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, and the new renovations were amazing!

Beautiful property and house

This house and property were impeccable! The location was excellent-plenty of things to do in Cape Coral. We loved that during down time we could sit under the tiki hut and watch the boats go by! At night, when it got a bit cooler we sat on the lanai by the pool and enjoyed the fire pit and played ping pong. We spent 90% of out time outdoors and this outdoor furniture was all very comfortable. We would rent this house again!

Yet another great stay

This is our second stay at the tiki on the water. Another great stay. The house is so comfortable. Great pool area. The tiki on the dock is where I spent most of my time with a fishing pole in my hand. It was so hot this time around but the shark were still biting hard. Caught several small bull sharks. Of course a quick release. The pool was such a great way to beat the heat. The house has everything you could need. We have loved the house on both of our stays. It is located so close to so many great restaurants and shops.

Relaxing family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time, the home is kept up well and has great amenities. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and fishing, using the beach items in the garage to go to Sanibel island, and cooking meals and playing games with each other. The location is gorgeous and will not disappoint you!

Spectacular! Comfortable, clean and so well thought out for guests to enjoy. There are all of the comforts of home (good beds, fans, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, well stocked kitchen) and many extras (TVs, music speakers, good blinds in each room that made sleeping in easy, beach towels, beach equipment, an amazing Tiki hut with shade and a breeze). We swam in the pool daily, enjoyed fishing off of the dock, rented a boat, cooked outdoors under the lanai and had no issues with those pesty little No-Seeums. We will be back!
