This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located in the beautiful Yacht Club area. Only a 2 minutes walk from Cape Coral Yacht Club and Beach. Located directly on the Caloosahatchee River, the park maintains a landscaped beach with playground equipment, BBQ grills, bathrooms and a fishing pier. There are also free racquetball courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and public boat ramp.

The Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach is also a great place to watch the sunset. The first Wednesday of every month from 4 to 7 p.m. the city hosts a “Sunset Celebration on the Pier”, featuring live music and arts and craft vendors.

The villa has a very spacious living area with a lot of space for dining and entertaining. TVs are available in both bedrooms and in the living room. Both bedrooms are decorated with modern design. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and it’s own private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the second bathroom is located just outside the door. There’s also two foldable beds available.

The screened in lanai is reach from the living room, through beautiful French doors. It’s pavered and has a beautifully decorated chill out area. The back yard is very spacious and gives you great privacy.
