Two private furnished screened-in balconies will afford you coffee and pastry breakfasts at sunrise, photo-worthy sunsets, cocktails in the evening and everything in between. Your view looks out over the natural preserve and channel to see all the boats heading in and out of the marina. In the distance, you’ll see the Caloosahatchee River as it spills into the Gulf of Mexico, out to the Sanibel Causeway and beyond.

If you aren’t dining at one of the resort’s restaurants, Rumrunners, Cape Harbour Oyster Bar & Grill, The French Press, or Fathoms Restaurant & Bar, your fully loaded kitchen offers everything you’ll need for preparing your own exquisite meals for a quiet night in with dinner on the lanai. A grocery store, banks, ice cream shop, and drugstore, are just over one mile away, not to mention your choice of fast-food restaurants.

Spend the day exploring the swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center and clubhouse, and Marina. The condo is well stocked with all the gear you’ll need for a day at the beach: pool/beach towels, chairs, cooler, tote and buggy.

At the marina, you’ll find several sightseeing cruise options: an ecological lunch tour; a dolphin nature tour; homes, harbour, and nature tour; or a dolphin sunset cruise. You may also choose to rent a boat to go fishing, tubing or kneeboarding. We recommend early reservation of boat and equipment.
