Great location, excellent communication and lots of great amenities on the property. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed to prepare meals.Very nice gated community. We loved having this place as a home base and it was very relaxing to come back to after our adventures out.

Royal Sailfish was a wonderful week away! The place is immaculate, everything you need at your fingertips. Loved having the pool and ocean right there, and the security of the gated community. The condo is close to everything! Thank you for a relaxing week away from life’s worries!

Outstanding condo
The owner made sure that everything was done perfectly. The condo itself is immaculate, the furniture is upgraded, and the Murphy bed is excellent. The king bed led to late morning sleeping. Communication with the owner was seamless. I highly recommend renting this wonderful place.

Royal Sailfish at Royal Mansions.
Been going to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral for about 35 years and Royal Mansions for about 20 years. This unit, Royal Sailfish, is the nicest one we have ever stayed in. We stayed their last year and again this year. Host if very helpful.
