Newly renovated, an affordable, fully furnished one bedroom, one bath condo on the FIRST floor, is just a short walk to the beach.

Located just off the main road, in Cape Canaveral, the condo is only 300 yards walk to the beach. It is only a quick drive to Port Canaveral, with its restaurants and Exploration Tower; the condo is near to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and also Kennedy Space Center.

The condo sleeps 4 with a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Enjoy your days on the beach and relax in the evening with a 42” flat screen TV, and free wi-fi.

Short weekend away

Spent the weekend visiting family in Cocoa Beach area. Nice place to stay. We spent most of our time with family or at the beach. Would definitely stay again.

The inside is very nice and the A/C works wonderfully. It is stocked with necessities (towels, shower stuff, kitchenware) and even had beach stuff available to borrow. Disney+ and Hulu was free to use on the TV. Overall really nice and the parking was convenient plus the walk to the beach was quite nice.

Cape Canaveral

The property was very clean and well maintained. Great location 1 1/2 blocks to the beach with good views of Cape Canaveral. Had hoped for a launch but weather didn’t permit it. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was I had hoped for some up to date visitor information as we had never been in that area.

Way better than most local hotel's. This property was clean, comfortable, lots of space compared to a hotel and best of all cheaper than most hotels where you would pay more and get less. Anytime im in this area i will definitely book this place again.

It was great, steps from the beach (just like advertised) and in a good area. If you want to watch rocket launches this is a good spot. Will look to stay there again.

A Pleasant Stay

The home is clean and modern with all the necessary appliances except the dish washer and laundry. It is very close to the beach with easy walk. The neighbors could be loud sometimes, but overall a smooth stay in the house.

Perfect beach getaway

We had a great stay! The unit was very clean and adorably decorated. We loved the simple two block walk to the gorgeous beach. The owner had beach toys, body board, umbrella, and a beach tent for our use. We saw three rocket launches while we were there. The locals were very kind and inviting.

Nice, Convenient and Affordable!

If you're in need of a convenient, reasonably affordable place to stay this is it. The unit is as described, cute, clean, quiet and the ease of checkin was great. We were attending a funeral and need a place for a couple of days and this location work perfectly. Though we didn't get to the beach, we could see the entrance to the beach from the building. We would definitely recommend.

Great Condo and Excellent Location

Unit was just as described and you can tell that it has been recently remodeled. Nicely appointed and less than two blocks from the beach. Owner is very responsive to questions. Enjoyed the use of the beach chair and umbrella. Will plan to stay again if available. Was able to walk to breakfast and dinner locations.

Great location for cruises or Cocoa

Inside unit was nicely renovated. Nice bathroom reno too! My only gripe is lack of good towels in the bathroom. The condo building is undergoing a remodel so its a little sketchy right now. But it was very quiet at night. The neighborhood is so-so but proximity to the beach is amazing! Host was super nice & quick with all communication. Overall a good stay.

SpaceX

My trip was for watching 2 SpaceX launches, one at night and one 2 days later during the day. They did not disappoint! Proximity to Cape Canaveral and the beach made for perfect viewing. The space was perfect for just me and the location is close to plenty of good restaurants. Whether you are going to the beach of for launch viewing, this small condo is perfect. I will definitely stay again.
