Great little house! Perfect location!

We had a fabulous time here! Such a cozy little place with everything we needed! The beds were so comfy! And the beach being just a block away was outstanding!

A great stay at Cape Canaveral

We had a great time and the house was laid out nicely. Plenty of shower towels, toiletries, and beach towels. Lots of sand and water toys and umbrellas and a wagon to help tote it all! A great place for a multi generational family vacation!

Great lication

This is a great location for hanging out at the beach. We were easily able to go back and forth throughout the day and more importantly the night. There was a rocket launch scheduled for 1:00 am. Made the quick walk down to the beach- cars parked everywhere and lots of people also there to view the launch. It was postponed twice and each time we were able to wait in the comfort of our home instead of on the cold windy beach! Plenty of things to do at the house as well. Had a great trip!

Fabulous, relaxing beach vacation!!

The property was great and perfect for our party of seven adults. All the extras were nice, umbrellas, chairs, bikes and beach towels!!

This place is absolutely amazing

We absolutely loved this place. So close to everything and the house is the perfect fit for a large group. Super clean and tidy and Pam was always easy to reach and very nice and friendly. We will definitely stay here again in the future

Great place for a family

The weather was not the best (was hoping Pam could fix that) but this property had enough things to keep us busy when we were not out exploring, shopping or at Disney. Plenty of room for all.

Great location and excellent amenities.

We came down for the NASA robotic mining competition and had a great time. The house was great and comfortable for the 7 of us and provided excellent amenities. We visited the Kennedy space center and hung out by the beach during our stay. If I find myself in cape canaveral in the future, I would definetly consider staying there again.

So close to the beach

What an amazing week, probably the best family vacation we have had. Property was a block from the beach, it was full of fun amenities and we were able to host a small family party for my husbands 60th. Amazing memories made. Thanks Pam for hosting us!

Family reunion

Perfect location, just a block away from the beach! My family loved the back porch and the swings and enjoyed the pool. Owner’s answered any questions with in a reasonable time.

Great vacation house

This house Was wonderful! The game room and outside seating was a big hit for our family and friends that stayed! Lots of room throughout the house and the guest house wAs amazing! It’s basical like two houses you’re renting for the price of one! Loved it!!!

Amazing

We had an amazing vacation and highly recommend staying here. With 8 adults and 6 kids there was plenty of room for everyone. Big attraction was the outdoor private area, screened in the game room and the short walk to the beach. Pam was available for any questions we had and very responsive, a great host. We would strongly recommend this place and hope to return someday.

Most spacious property I have ever stayed in

Absolute perfect location. Literally 100 yard walk to the beach and plenty of room for all 10 of us. This house had everything from surf boards and beach chairs to bicycles and beach toys for the kids. Pam even called to check up on us to see if we needed anything. We will be back next year !!

Family Vacation

This vacation included my husband and I, my brother and his wife, our 2 daughters and their husbands, and our 5 grandchildren. The house was very family friendly and enough room for us. The screened in porch with the ping pong table and other games became our evening gathering place. The walk to the beach was short and convenient. If we ever return to this area, we would stay again.

We had a wonderful two weeks stay at the beachy Vacations

We spent two weeks at this home. The outdoor space was wonderful for our large group as we could swim, relax in the great selection of chairs, play games or eat our meals. The short walk to the beach made the location even better! We did a lot of cooking at the home and the selection of kitchen pots/pans/utensils we needed to cook for a large group worked out great as well. We all hope to come back for another stay. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!

Having a pool and game room was fantastic!

Great property, great location! Bedrooms, kitchen, living were a good bit smaller than the pictures portrayed and stairway is VERY narrow.... but still enough room for the 13 of us, especially with the guest house/area! We used the pool and game room QUITE A BIT!... loved having those!

Fantastic location, great accommodation, wonderful games room, nice pool, great outside seating area

Insufficient lighting, heated floors in apartment couldn’t be turned off, a/c circulation not good, unaware of other tenants overhead and they were up and moving furniture around at 5:45 a.m. . Despite this, we loved our stay and would come again.

Family Getaway

The home was extremely well furnished to fit all needs. Our family of 10 was easily accommodated with comfortable beds and a beachy vibe throughout the well appointed house. The screened in game room was a blessing when it rained and when it didn’t! The pool was a welcome addition to the beach. John attended to a couple of our needs in record time. Both he and Pam were fantastic hosts. We would return to this property again.
