This spacious, beautiful Studio with 1 bathroom includes a full bathroom, kitchen, and master living / bed room.

Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, this spacious 400sqft studio provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay. Here is what the studio includes:

• Flat screen TV equipped with cable and Apple TV including all major streaming apps
• DVDs, board games, and books for your entertainment
Kitchen:
• Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is nice and clean. Only issue was the adjoining wall is thin…on the final night a group checked into the adjoining rental and stayed up well past midnight yelling and singing, which was less than pleasant considering I had to wake up for work and it disturbed my dog.

As a single mom, vacations are hard to come by. This was a beautiful home that was very affordable, had everything we needed, and the best part was the outdoor shower to limit the sand coming in the home! Very easy access too! Loved it!

We spent a few days with our teens at this location. Nice place, and Alexander was very helpful and prompt when we had questions. We always value cleanliness when traveling, and this place met our expectations. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was not over crowded at all! And we rode bikes to Ron Jon’s. Another highlight was watching a rocket launch from the beach! Nice place!

Gorgeous and comfortable property with everything you need

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only frustration was a lack of parking for a guest. The ad was clear that there was only 1 parking spot in the driveway, but I didn't realize there was no street parking or any place close for a guest to park. Other than that 1 inconvenience, I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.

We were initially blown away by how updated and large this place was! It was larger than anticipated and more updated then the pictures showed which felt like a nice upgrade. We had zero complaints. It was so clean. Everything worked great. The inside temp was so comfortable after a hot day on the beach and it felt like such a safe stay. All of the complimentary beach equipment was also a very nice plus. We had a damaged umbrella and Alex brought by a new one within 30 minutes of letting him know. We will definitely be staying again!

Cute studio 10 minute walk to beach

Check in directions clear and easy to follow. Location is great if you want to catch a launch it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is nice with a full size electric range and dishwasher. Comfy bed and nicer towels. The pots and pans were sparse and heavily scratched. There is a nice outdoor table for eating outside. You can walk about 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach Pier restaurants. Missing from the supplies were a spatula and tongs-probably why pans are scratched. The fridge is not connected to water, so no ice is made, and there were no ice trays.

Cape Canaveral stay

Overall I really loved this property. The location was ideal, the neighborhood watch was always circulating to make sure we were safe, and the cleanliness was superb. The fact that this property already had a wagon, umbrella, and cooler for our convenience was a game changer. My only critique was the walls are very thin & there is another rental on the other side of the wall. Basically, you could hear everything going on next door.

one month stay was enjoyable

We stayed the month of February, brought our bikes, and absolutely loved the area and location of the rental. We were able to walk or bike most places. It's a very convenient location, the beach is just a few blocks, and several good restaurants in the area. The rental was well-stocked, and about the only thing that would have helped is a dresser. It has a small closet so we hung up what clothes we could, but otherwise used our suitcases on the floor. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!

Amazing weekend getaway

Reserving the property was easy. Jordan was easy to communicate with. The place was spotless and exactly as described. I loved it! Perfect place for a getaway. Plus it was two blocks from the Sheriff’s office, so I felt safe the whole time. And only a few blocks from the beach!!!!

La casita is adorable and was very clean. One issue was there is no dresser, living out of a suitcase for a week is not ideal. The other issue is how clearly you can hear through the walls to the house attached. If no one is staying there while you are (as was the case for our first few days) it’s perfect. However, guests came to stay on the last leg of our trip and we could hear everything when they were in the front part of the house, we could clearly hear just their normal inside voice conversations. And we could clearly hear the toddler screaming in the middle of the night.
