Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Don’t stay here!!!!!! The owner took our payment but never responded to our request to get the keys. We were stuck on a Friday night on a holiday weekend with no place to stay. You might think just go get a hotel room, but one of the reasons we stay in VRBO is because we need to have a kitchen as my son has an eating disorder and we need a king size bed as my husband is 6’8” tall! Not an easy find at the last minute. This is a condo with a locked lobby and no front desk. The owner didn’t even respond to VRBO when they tried to contact them. Giving this a one star is too much but the only option. The only good thing was VRBO care was amazing.
