I was charged for a room with a king bed but was given one with a queen bed which was really small I asked for a refund of the difference since a king room costs more but the lady didn’t know what to do and said she couldn’t do that so disappointed

Super cute place, breakfast was excellent, but if you stay there to get a good nights sleep, dont bother reserving a room at Port Inn Hotel.
