""Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! All staff were friendly, the upgraded room (a 1 bedroom suite with balcony) was perfect. The breakfast was great (a Best Western tradition). We will be back."

"We had a great stay at this property! It is in a great location right along the beach and two blocks from the Crazy Norwegian! We really enjoyed the jetted tub in the bathroom and the beautiful window ocean views during bad weather on our stay!"

"As they say Location, Location, Location!!! This spot is Ideal. It is a little hard to find, and if you are driving a large vehicle turning around can be an issue. Otherwise this house lives up to the advertising."
