The dining table in the living room seats up to eight people for a cosy meal on upholstered high-backed chairs. From the living room, you can easily access the terrace and the pool area outside. The two bathrooms are each designed as a shower room with WC and wash hand basin. The property is also equipped with a washing machine and heating in all rooms for the winter months.
As the finca is so centrally located, you can reach four golf courses (approx. 3 km) and various restaurants (2 km) and shopping facilities in just a few minutes by car. The centre of Capdepera is approx. 2 km away. The sandy beach is three kilometres away.
