The villa has approximately 130 m² of living space decorated with a modern and elegant style. We highlight the beautiful living room with satellite TV and WiFi internet equipped with comfortable armchairs in front of the fireplace and sofas with views of the pool and the sea. Moving to the kitchen, it is perfectly modernized and equipped with an adjacent pantry and a small wine refrigerator, it is perfect for wine enthusiasts!
With a total of 3 double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, the villa is fully furnished in a rustic Mediterranean style with modern elements. One of the three bedrooms is on the ground floor, very bright thanks to the large windows. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. The main bedroom has a private terrace with a beautiful sea view.
