"The air conditioning was not sufficient....it was very hot to the point I had to request room change. It made no difference....apart from the lack of ac in the rooms, hotel is a bit old but to be fair. It is clean and has a nice ocean view, food wasn't good at all. I would look for another place to stay."

"This place is purely paradise. The photos truly will never do it justice. I cannot recommend it enough. The property is immaculate and the views are heavenly. The food and staff were superb. The pools are gorgeous. The overwhelming sense of peace and luxury you get while staying here is blissful. It’s a serene oasis in northeast Mallorca. We will be back without a doubt."

"Visited in April 2026. Second time there, fantastic place to stay, wonderful staff. Very happy to help. They even changed our TV when ours did not work properly, this was done in a very speedy and non intrusive way. The staff are very attentive. Money well spent. We will go back next year! "I will definitely stay here again. The sea view from the room was dreaming, and you cannot be any closer to the beach! The room was very nice, new and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The water fountains available to refill your water bottle were a really nice touch and made our stay even more comfortable. We also got a late check out for a reasonable fee, the perfect solution as we were flying back late in the evening."

"The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were lovely. The hotel is basic but has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent for a short walk to the port with its shops, bars and restaurants. There is a nice pool and a well stocked bar at the hotel. We will be back!"
