- A mezzanine with a sleeping area including a 140cm double bed (separate space from the living room with a door, preserving your privacy).
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and small espresso coffee maker.
- A large living room with fireplace and large screen television. WIFI access
- A first bedroom with a 140cm double bed and storage
- A second bedroom with a 140cm double bed with storage
- A wooded garden to relax and enjoy after your surfing session, with garden furniture and barbecue.

Private parking (1 space) & free parking on the street.

Please note that linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included. Please contact the agency for prices. When you get the keys, you will be asked for two deposits: one of €1200 for the accommodation and one of €150 for the end-of-stay cleaning.
