"Staff were pleasant. The room was ok, there were no linens in the room for the sofa bed when we checked in and we had to go to the front desk to ask for them as they weren’t mentioned at check in. Also we needed to request a cleaning person come in when we unfolded the couch to make up the bed as it contained crumbs that had fallen between the cushions of the sofa when previous guests must have been eating on the sofa. Staff were pleasant and efficient responding to these issues."

"The front desk staff was helpful and kind. Lots of breakfast choices. The room was clean. The bed very comfortable. The room had a little kitchenette and a living room space which was nice. The TV worked well. The air conditioner worked well. The shower height and pressure was amazing. Thick towels. Thick toilet paper. You may laugh at the details but details matter. I’d def stay here again when travelling through Woodland."
